7 Days Return & Refund Policy

At Resham Ghar PK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags should be intact
• Parcel opening video may be required for damaged or wrong items

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Change of mind after use

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Amount will be transferred within 5–7 working days

Exchange Policy

• Customers can exchange items for size or damaged product issues
• Exchange delivery charges may apply in some cases
